1. Why Should I Add My Artwork to Your Platform?
Join the movement and earn money by showcasing your unique creations. As the largest art marketplace in the MENA region, we offer a vibrant community where you can share your ideas and individuality.
2. Who Handles the Shipping?
We take care of all shipping logistics, including costs, customer service, and returns & refunds, in accordance with our policies.
3. What Is the Review Process?
Our team will review the submitted information within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your artwork is approved.
4. What Happens After the Review Process?
Once approved, your artwork will be listed in our collections and become available for purchase by customers.
5. How Will I Receive My Earnings?
When your artwork gets approved, we will contact you, via email, to collect your payout details. Currently, only Paypal & STC Pay are available.
6. When Will I Receive My Payment?
Payments are processed and sent at the end of each month.
7. Are There Any Fees?
We charge a 10% commission on the revenue generated from sales. The remaining 90% will be sent to you, via the chosen payout method.
8. Can I Remove My Artwork?
Yes, you can remove your artwork by contacting us at info@aikuna.store. We will assist you in removing your artwork from the platform.
9. What Happens After a Customer Purchases?
We handle the printing and delivery of your artwork, ensuring it reaches the customer in the highest quality possible.
10. Are There Any Limits on the Number of Purchases?
Yes, a maximum of 10 items can be purchased per transaction.
11. Will the Customer Receive a Certificate of Authenticity with My Artwork?
Yes, a certificate of authenticity will be included with each purchase, protecting both the buyer and the seller. All rights will be reserved to Aikuna.
12. Will I Have Direct Contact With You?
We appreciate you! After making 5 sales, we will provide you with a private phone number for direct communication to better assist you. In the meantime, our team is available 24/7 for your service. Feel free to contact us anytime!
